Batter
  1. Prepare cake mix according to box directions.
  2. Divide batter equally in to 2 greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans.
  3. Bake as directed below.

*Rotate pans baked in a convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 5 minutes of baking.
Mousse
  1. Add yogurt and whipped topping to large stainless mixing bowl.
  2. Mix with wire whisk until mixture is light and airy and well blended.
Assembly
  1. Cut cooled cake into 12x8 sections in sheet pan giving you 96 squares.
  2. Pipe 1 oz of the mousse on top of each cake squares.
  3. Garnish each piece with 1 Tbsp of apple pie filling and a drizzle of caramel topping.
