Calabrian Chili Cream Cheese Stuffed Croissants

Filling
  1. Mix the cream cheese, Calabrian chilies, and garlic powder until smooth and combined; transfer to a piping bag.
Assembly
  1. Cut dried out croissants using a paring knife, making 2 cuts in the shape of an ‘X’ in each roll that go 75% of the way down, dividing each roll into 4 equal sections that are still connected.
  2. Make a small cut in the piping bag, and fill each roll by piping approx. 1 Tbsp Filling into the opening.
  3. Mix the melted butter, eggs, milk, garlic, salt, and parsley until combined.
  4. Dip each roll into the garlic butter mixture for 1-2 seconds per side, and place onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Spoon any leftover garlic from the bottom of the bowl onto the rolls; sprinkle on approximately 1 tsp parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake as directed and serve warm.
