Gold Medal™ Whole Grain Variety Muffin Mix (31529)

Cinnamon, ground

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Brown sugar, packed
4 oz
1/2 cup
Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp
Stir water and butternut squash in mixing bowl with whisk until well blended; add muffin mix and 2 Tbsp cinnamon.
Mix until batter is smooth; fold in chocolate chips.
Deposit batter into sprayed or parchment-lined full sheet pan.
Combine brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over top of batter.
Bake as directed below; allow to cool before portioning.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 9 minutes of baking.
Tip: Modify this recipe to transform it into biscotti. First divide batter into 4 loaf pans and freeze. Slice each pan into 32 slices, place on sheet pan and bake at 250°F for 1 1/2 hours or until completely dry and crisp. Serve 2 slices per portion.
