Butter Toffee Cookies

English toffee bits add a scrumptious, buttery crunch to Gold Medal™ Variety Muffin Mix cookies.

Toffee bits

  1. Mix butter and sugar in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on medium speed 2 minutes.
  2. Add eggs; mix on low speed 30 seconds.
  3. Add muffin mix and toffee bits. Mix on low speed 1 minute.
  4. Deposit dough using #30 scoop on greased or parchment-lined sheet pan in 4x6 pattern.
  5. Bake as directed below.
