Brownie Tiramisu

Transform frozen baked brownies into a luxurious yet simple spin on tiramisu – no ladyfingers needed.

Coffee, strongly brewed, cool

Prep
  1. Spray 2, half sheet pans with cooking spray and invert the frozen brownie tray onto one.
  2. Remove tray and parchment paper and invert onto second pan.
  3. Cover and thaw at room temperature at least 1 hour or refrigerated overnight.
Mascarpone Topping
  1. Add Mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar and salt in mixer bowl fitted with whisk attachment.
  2. Mix on medium speed until smooth, stop mixer and scrape down sides of bowl as needed.
  3. Add cream, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated; mix on medium-high speed 1-3 minutes until light and fluffy. DO NOT OVERMIX.
Assembly
  1. Poke thawed brownie with a fork; brush evenly with coffee and allow to stand 15 minutes or until absorbed.
  2. Spread Mascarpone Topping over brownie evenly; dust with cocoa powder.
  3. Cover and freeze at least 1 hour; cut in 4x5 pattern and refrigerate or keep frozen until service.
