Blueberry Cinnamon Roll Pull Apart Bread

Using leftover cinnamon rolls, blueberries, and apple sauce, this pull apart credits as not only 1 OEG, but also 1 M/MA. Great for breakfast on-the-go or brunch for lunch!

Prep
  1. Bake rolls on parchment-lined sheet pan as directed; cool overnight.
  2. Cut cooled cinnamon rolls into quarters and set aside.

Assembly
  1. Add applesauce, eggs, milk and cinnamon to a large bowl; whisk together.
  2. Stir in cinnamon roll pieces then allow to soak for 45 minutes.
  3. Fold blueberries into mixture and pour into generously sprayed 2-inch deep half-sized long hotel pan.
  4. Bake as directed until cooked through; cool completely before cutting into 12 slices.
