Blue cheese, crumbled

Gold Medal™ Buttermilk Biscuit Mix (11765)

Coarse sugar

Kosher salt
1 Tbsp
Toast chopped walnuts in oven set at 350°F for 5-7 minutes or until light brown. Cool.
Stir walnuts, water, rosemary, black pepper and blue cheese in mixing bowl using rubber spatula until well blended.
Add biscuit mix. Mix using rubber spatula approx. 30 strokes or until soft dough forms. DO NOT OVERMIX.
Deposit dough using #12 scoop in 4 x 6 pattern on greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans.
Mix sugar and salt in small mixing bowl; sprinkle each biscuit with a pinch and press in lightly.
Bake as directed below.
