Batter
  1. Combine water, almond extract and muffin mix in large mixing bowl; fold in cherry pie filling and chocolate chips.
  2. Deposit #10 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  3. Bake as directed below and allow to cool completely.
