Black Forest Tortes

Frozen chocolate muffins (thawed) press easily into jumbo muffin cups, and form a delicious cup to hold cherry pie filling and a generous layer of chocolate chips on top.

Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  1. Spray 2 jumbo muffin pans generously with cooking spray.
  2. Place 1 puck in bottom of each muffin cup and allow to thaw 5-10 minutes.
  3. Press each puck with fingers to spread evenly across bottom of muffin cup.
  4. Place a #70 scoop of cherry pie filling in center of each puck.
  5. Sprinkle approx. 1 Tbsp chocolate chips evenly over top of filling.
  6. Bake as directed below.
