Transform leftover Pillsbury Baked Biscuits into a new menu staple with this easy recipe.

Guacamole, prepared

Flank steak, grilled, sliced thin

Corn relish, prepared

Chives, sliced

Prep
  1. Thaw biscuits, covered, either at room temperature at least 2 hours, or refrigerated overnight.
  2. Split in half, then place biscuits with cut side up on parchment-lined sheet pan and bake.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 2 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Spread 1 tsp guacamole evenly over each biscuit piece; add approx. 0.5 oz sliced flank steak on top.
  2. Garnish with 1/4 tsp corn relish and sliced chives.

  • Use an assortment of spreads and seasonal ingredients for new flavor combinations such as pimiento cheese and popcorn chicken or shrimp and pesto with roasted red peppers.
  • Substitute your preferred biscuit as desired. Note, ingredient quantities may need adjusting.
