Gochujang sauce

Green onions, chopped

Butter, melted

Kewpie™ mayonnaise

Fried eggs, prepared

Prep
  1. Thaw baked croissants, covered, either at room temperature 30-45 minutes or refrigerated overnight.
Ramen Stir Fry
  1. Stir together water and gochujang sauce in a separate bowl.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a sauté pan over high heat; add cabbage, carrots, and Spam.
  3. Cook, stirring frequently, until lightly browned; add cooked ramen noodles, and gochujang mixture.
  4. Stir fry to heat through, approx. 1-2 minutes; turn heat to low, add green onions and hold warm.
Assembly
  1. Split thawed croissant in half and brush cut sides with melted butter; place on preheated 350°F griddle to toast. 
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp mayonnaise on each of the toasted sides of the croissant bun.
  3. Add Ramen Stir Fry to the bottom croissant bun piece.
  4. Place on fried egg and add top of croissant bun; serve immediately.
