Berry Orange Streusel Loaves

Cranberry orange muffin batter gets a sweet swirl from blueberry pie filling and cream cheese.

Streusel Topping (bulk recipe)
  1. Add cake mix and butter to mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment.
  2. Blend on low speed, stopping mixer to scrape sides as needed, until fully combined.
  3. Reserve 1 cup and refrigerate remaining for additional recipes.
Batter
  1. Pipe 1 lb muffin batter into each of 3 greased loaf pans (4 x 7.75 x 2.25).
  2. Turn pan and alternate piping 2 oz blueberry filling and 2 oz cream cheese filling in diagonal lines.
  3. Drag knife lengthwise through rows of filling; drag knife in opposite direction lengthwise.
  4. Repeat, alternating directions to create a marbled effect across the pan; top each pan with 2 oz (1/3 cup) Streusel Topping.
  5. Bake as directed below; let cool 30 minutes in pan, then turn onto wire rack and cool completely before slicing.
