Beef Taco Corn Muffins

It's a meal in a muffin. Ground beef, onions and a spicy sauce are baked inside a tender corn muffin.

Green onions, fresh, chopped

Picante sauce

  1. Brown beef, drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine water and muffin mix in large mixing bowl.
  3. Fold in onions, sauce and beef; deposit #10 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  4. Bake as directed below and allow to cool slightly before serving.
