Banana Chocolate Chip Quick Bread

Banana bread with chocolate chips. It doesn't get any better than this.

Water, cool approx. 72°F

Bananas, overripe, mashed

3 cups
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 lb 8.00 oz

  1. Stir water and mashed bananas in mixing bowl with whisk until well blended; add muffin mix.
  2. Mix until batter is smooth then fold in 2 cups chocolate chips.
  3. Deposit 1 lb 13 oz (3 cups) batter into 5 greased loaf pans.
  4. Top batter evenly with remaining 2 cups chocolate chips.
  5. Bake as directed below; allow to cool for 30 minutes in pan then remove and cool completely on wire rack.
