Baking whole-grain pancake batter in a full sheet pan turns out the fabulous flavors of griddle-style cakes without the flipping.

  1. Mix water, eggs and oil in mixing bowl using whisk until blended.
  2. Add pancake mix and whisk until batter is smooth.
  3. Deposit 5 lb 6 oz batter in each of 2 greased, full sheet pans.
  4. Bake as directed below.
