Apple Streusel Loaf Cake

Apple cinnamon muffin batter works perfectly in a quick bread loaf sprinkled with a buttery streusel.

  1. Cream butter and brown sugar in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on medium speed 2 minutes.
  2. Add flour and blend on low speed approx. 1 minute or until combined and crumbly. Set aside.
Batter
  1. Deposit 1.5 lb batter into 6 well-greased loaf pans.
  2. Sprinkle 1/2 cup streusel evenly over each loaf pan and bake as directed below.
