Apple Cinnamon Whole Grain-Rich Muffin Squares

Cinnamon and chopped apples in a muffin batter are baked in a sheet pan and cut into whole-grain breakfast squares.

  1. Pour water, muffin mix and cinnamon in mixing bowl; stir until combined. DO NOT overmix.
  2. Fold chopped apples into batter.
  3. Deposit batter into parchment-lined, or greased full sheet pan; bake as directed below and allow to cool before cutting into 32 - 3x4-inch pieces.
