Apples and cinnamon, a match made in heaven, comes on strong in tender whole-grain muffins.

  1. Combine water, muffin mix and cinnamon in large mixing bowl. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  2. Fold diced apples into batter; deposit #16 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans.
  3. Bake as directed below.
