You’ll receive an invitation to register via email. So first, join our email list.
Otherwise, you can register for any webinar no later than 24 hours in advance through our website.
How do I view a webinar live stream?
You must register for the webinar (no later than 24 hours in advance) to receive the login details. Once registered, you’ll receive an email to join the webinar.
Log in (using your credentials) to the webinar up to 15 minutes prior to the start of the live stream.
How long is a webinar?
It varies (depending on the content and number of speakers), but presentations are usually at least one hour.
Will I receive CEU credits for attending a webinar?
Yes, as applicable; however, you must attend/log in to the webinar during the live stream to be eligible to receive CEU credits. You will be emailed a copy of your credits to download within one week of the webinar.
How many CEU credits will I receive for attending a webinar?
It varies, depending on the length and content of the webinar. Generally, it’s 1 CEU credit per hour webinar (and 1.5 CEU credits for a 1 ½-hour webinar, 2 CEU credits for a 2-hour webinar, etc.).
Will a recording of the webinar be available after the live stream concludes?
Yes, a recording of the webinar will be emailed within one week after the live stream concludes; however, please note you must attend/log in to the live webinar to receive your CEU credits.
Will the webinar slides/presentation be available after the live stream concludes?
Yes, a PDF copy of the presentation will be emailed (with the recording) within one week after the live stream concludes. We’ll also post a PDF copy of the presentation on our website.
I missed the live stream webinar. Can I still get a link to the recording?
Yes, we’ll post a video of the recording (plus a PDF copy of the presentation) on our website.
I had technical difficulties and couldn’t join the live webinar stream. Can I still get my CEU credits?
Unfortunately, no. You must attend/log in to the live webinar to receive your CEU credits.
