Prep
  1. Place the pizza crust on a parchment lined sheet pan.
  2. Bake until crust is light golden brown around the edges with spotty brown patches on the surface.

8-10 minutes
*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 2 minutes of baking.
Assembly
  1. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over baked pizza crust; crumble brownies evenly over top, covering pecans completely.
  2. Bake until crust is dark golden brown around the edges and fully cooked on the bottom.

Finishing
  1. Whisk together corn syrup and water until fully combined; brush on the outside rim of the pizza crust.
  2. Sprinkle 2 oz chopped pecans on the outside rim of crust, lightly pressing down to ensure they stick.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining 2 oz chopped pecans over the brownie pieces; drizzle with caramel sauce.
  4. Cut into 8 slices and serve warm.
