  1. Whisk together water, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar in mixing bowl until well-combined.
  2. Add pancake mix and whisk until batter is mostly smooth.
  3. Deposit 2 oz batter onto griddle preheated to 375°F.
  4. Cook 1 1/2 minutes on each side or until puffed and edges begin to dry, turning only once; serve 3 warm pancakes per portion.
