Gluten-Free Chocolate Crinkles

Use Bisquick™ gluten-free mix to create a luscious chocolate cookie dusted with powdered sugar.

Unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled

Bisquick™ Gluten-Free Baking Mix

2 1/2 cups
Powdered sugar
2 oz
1/2 cup
  1. In large bowl mix oil, melted chocolate, granulated sugar and vanilla.
  2. Stir in eggs, one at a time and Bisquick mix until dough forms; cover and refrigerate 3+ hours.
  3. Drop teaspoon-sized scoops into powdered sugar; roll around to coat and shape into balls.
  4. Place about 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets.
  5. Bake as directed below or until almost no imprint remains when touched lightly in center; immediately place cooling racks.
