A tasty way to make a refreshing and delicious treat using Pillsbury™ Baked Blondies.

Chocolate sauce, prepared

Prep
  1. Invert thawed blondie sheet and remove parchment paper.

Strawberry Cream
  1. Add pudding, whipped topping and gelatin powder to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Fold together with a rubber spatula until combined.
  3. Transfer to a piping bag with a straight tube and refrigerate until needed.
Assembly
  1. Spread raspberry jam evenly over top of thawed blondie.
  2. Cut 20 blondie cake circles using 3-inch round cutter; dice scraps into 1/4-inch pieces.
  3. Place approx. 1 oz of blondies scraps around the top edge of each cut blondie.
  4. Pipe approx. 1 oz of Strawberry Cream into center of each cake.
Finishing
  1. Top with approx. 1 Tbsp (0.5 oz) each of raspberry and chocolate sauces over each finished blondie. Refrigerate for service.

  • Finished blondies can be garnished with fresh berries.
