• Brush baked biscuits with melted or flavored butters
  (i.e.: garlic herb or honey) for added flavor.
• For a simple scone recipe, use Buttermilk Biscuit or Biscuit
  Mix, add a 1/2 lb. of granulated sugar and up to 2 lbs
  of stir-ins, such as fruit or nuts per 5 lb box of mix.
