Quick and Dirty Holiday Baking
The holiday season is upon us. It’s a time for celebrating traditions and entertaining family and friends which often leads to increased cooking and baking. My job today is to make the baking part of your job simpler.
Baking is an integral part of the holidays and it doesn’t have to be difficult. Chef Ted and all the good folks at General Mills have been providing solutions for hard working operators like yourself for years. Whether it be Gold Medal flour for my scratch bakers, Gold Medal Baking Mixes for speed scratch recipes, to our place and bake frozen dough; we’ve got something for everyone.
Now while turkey, ham and roast beef may be holiday must haves during the holidays, breakfast and brunch are equally important if not more. Cinnamon rolls, scones, muffins are highly requested baked good items by consumers.
As I said earlier baking doesn’t have to be difficult. I pride myself with creating and developing recipes that are both tasty, and consistent. Try a few of my favorites below holiday recipes below and be the talk of season.
