The Consumer Insights team at Pillsbury, a brand with more than 150 years of baking expertise, analyzed some of the latest data around baking and baking goods to uncover the top trends and opportunities for restaurants and foodservice operations in the coming year.
“Consumers’ undying love of sweet baked goods provides an opportunity for foodservice operations to grow their business by giving their customers more of what they are craving,” said Jordan Beazley, a global consumer insights associate with General Mills who studies and analyzes bakery trends for the Pillsbury foodservice team.
