Sweet Potato Cornbread

Moist cornbread with pumpkin pie spice and sweet potatoes is the ultimate in comfort food.

  1. Place water, honey, eggs and sweet potatoes into mixing bowl; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add muffin mix and pumpkin pie spice; mix until smooth.
  3. Deposit batter onto parchment line or greased full sheet pan and bake as directed below.
