Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

It's hard to improve a chocolate chip cookie, but the peanut butter-chocolate combo is tough to beat.

Water, cool approx. 72°F

Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 lb 4.00 oz

  1. Combine peanut butter, butter, salt and sugar in mixer bowl with paddle attachment on medium speed 2 minutes.
  2. Add eggs and water; mix 30 seconds on low speed.
  3. Add muffin mix and chocolate chips; mix 1 minute on low speed.
  4. Deposit #30 scoop of dough in 4 x 6 pattern onto parchment-lined full sheet pan.
  5. Place a piece of parchment paper on top of cookies, and using another sheet pan, press to flatten approx. 3/8-inch thick.
  6. Bake as directed below and allow to cool before serving.
