Mint chocolate chips or candy

Gold Medal™ Buttermilk Biscuit Mix (11765)

Coarse sugar

1/4 cup
Mix water, mocha mix, cinnamon, nutmeg and mint chocolate chips in mixing bowl using rubber spatula until well blended.
Add biscuit mix. Mix using rubber spatula approx. 30 strokes or until soft dough forms. DO NOT OVERMIX.
Deposit 3 oz (#12 scoop) of dough in 4 x 6 placement onto lightly greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans.
Sprinkle each biscuit with coarse sugar. Press down slightly to shape, if desired.
Bake as directed below.
