Cinnamon Sugar Biscuits

Sweet, buttery biscuit bites are rolled in cinnamon-sugar and baked. Scrumptious!

Butter, melted

Granulated sugar

Cinnamon, ground

Dough
  1. Follow steps 1 through 3 of package directions for preparing biscuit mix.
  2. Deposit #30 scoop of biscuit dough into melted butter; coat lightly using brush.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in separate bowl; roll buttered dough through mixture, gently pressing dough randomly to incorporate cinnamon and sugar throughout dough.
  4. Place biscuits next to each other in greased 12 x 18 x 2 1/2-inch baking pans.
  5. Bake as directed below.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 5 minutes of baking.
Finishing
  1. Allow biscuits to cool 5 minutes.
  2. Turn out onto paper-lined pan, then turn biscuits right side up to cool; serve.
