Maple Spice Quick Bread

A muffin mix is the base for a buttery, maple syrup and cinnamon quick bread that's comfort food at it best.

Quick Bread Batter

Maple syrup

Cinnamon, ground

Cardamom, ground
1 tsp
Allspice, ground

  1. Pour water, butter, maple syrup and spices into mixing bowl; stir until well blended.
  2. Add muffin mix and mix until batter is smooth.
  3. Deposit 1 lb 8 oz batter (approx. 3 cups) into 5 greased loaf pans.
  4. Sprinkle 2 oz (1/4 cup) sugar over batter in each pan and bake as directed below.
  1. Convection Oven* | 325°F | 40-45 minutes
  2. Standard Oven | 375°F | 45-50 minutes
  3. *Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 20 minutes of baking.
