Batter
  1. Combine water, lemon juice, lemon extract, food coloring and muffin mix in large mixing bowl. DO NOT overmix.
  2. Deposit #20 scoop of batter into well-greased donut pans; spread batter to fill circle (uneven is ok).
  3. Bake as directed below; allow to cool slightly in pan before removing.
