Quartering biscuits into bites transforms a traditional breakfast food into a fun snack or side for lunch.

  1. Moisten tops of each biscuit with water and sprinkle with 1/4 tsp sugar.
  2. Cut into quarters and place on parchment-lined full sheet pan, leaving space between each piece.
  3. Bake as directed below and serve warm.
