Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse Blondies

Chocolate mousse, prepared

Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache
  1. Place chocolate chips in a medium bowl. 
  2. Heat cream in a saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into bowl of chocolate chips; let stand approx. 5 minutes.
  4. Stir mixture until smooth; fold in 2 oz of hazelnuts.
Assembly
  1. Invert thawed blondie sheet and remove parchment paper; place bottom side up on parchment-lined half sheet pan.
  2. Spread Chocolate Hazelnut Ganache evenly over blondie sheet; chill to set ganache, approx. 15-30 minutes.
  3. Cut blondie sheet with a hot knife into 32 equal pieces.
  4. Add prepared chocolate mousse to a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
  5. Pipe 0.5 oz of mousse onto each piece, sprinkle with hazelnuts and serve.
