  1. Place yogurt and chili sauce in mixing bowl. Mix with wire whisk until well combined.
  2. Add Chex cereal and 5-spice to a bowl; toss to coat.
  3. Deposit yogurt mixture using a #30 scoop into each of 12, 9 oz parfait cups.
  4. Place 2 Tbsp each of sugar snap peas and red pepper on top; sprinkle 1/2 tsp sesame seeds and another #30 scoop of yogurt mixture.
  5. Top with 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, 2 Tbsp spiced Chex cereal and 1 whole sugar snap pea pod.
  6. Serve immediately or store under refrigeration until service.

  • Parfaits can be made ahead, but should not be topped with spiced Chex cereal until just prior to serving.
