Apple Pumpkin Parfait

Applesauce and brown sugar stirred up with canned pumpkin provide the base in a tasty breakfast parfait with apples, vanilla yogurt and Cinnamon Toast Crunchâ„¢ Bowlpak Cereal.

Applesauce, unsweetened

1 Tbsp
Pumpkin puree, canned
0.50 oz
1 Tbsp
Brown sugar, packed
1 tsp
Apples, fresh, diced
3 oz
1/2 cup
  1. Mix applesauce, pumpkin and brown sugar; fold in diced apples.
  2. Scoop fruit mixture into 14 oz plastic cups.
  3. Pipe on 1/2 cup (4 oz) yogurt and top with cereal.

  • Substitute canned or frozen diced apples for fresh apples or sprinkle with cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice if desired. Serve for National Pumpkin Month in October, National Pumpkin Day October 26th or for Thanksgiving.
