A grab-and-go, protein-packed snack layers ranch-flavored yogurt with BBQ chicken, cheese and smoky almonds, all topped with crunchy Chex Mix™ Cheddar Snack Mix.

Almonds, smoked, rough chopped

Chex Mix™ Cheddar Snack Mix (12408)

  1. Place yogurt and dressing seasoning mix in mixing bowl. Mix with wire whisk until well combined.
  2. Place chicken and BBQ sauce in a separate bowl, toss to coat chicken.
  3. Deposit #30 scoop of yogurt mixture into each of 12, 8 oz parfait cups.
  4. Place 4 each of carrot and celery sticks around perimeter of cup, into yogurt, so they stand up.
  5. Add 2 Tbsp chicken mixture, 1 Tbsp cheese, then 1 Tbsp almonds.
  6. Deposit #30 scoop of yogurt mixture on top of almonds.
  7. Top each parfait with 2 Tbsp Chex Mix; serve immediately or hold under refrigeration until ready to serve.

  • Parfaits can be made ahead, but should not be topped with Chex Mix until prior to service.
