A Pillsbury Croissant Bun is used in this egg and veggie-filled breakfast sandwich that is sure to be a favorite.

  1. Split warmed croissant bun in half; place spinach on bottom piece.
  2. Add avocado slices, sautéed pepper strips and fried egg then top with remaining croissant bun piece; serve immediately.

  • Toast bottom and top cut sides of croissant bun prior to building this sandwich to help with any moisture migration of sandwich ingredients if desired.
