Green Goddess flavors bring an extra level of flavor to this veggie sandwich on a Pillsbury Croissant Bun.

Avocado slices, 1/4-inch

Bibb lettuce leaves

Cucumber slices, 1/4-inch

Alfalfa sprouts

  1. Split croissant bun in half; spread 1 Tbsp dressing on each cut side.
  2. Place bottom croissant piece down and add 3 pieces of avocado.
  3. Top with 2 lettuce leaves, 4 cucumber slices, 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts and remaining croissant piece; serve immediately.

  • Add a slice of tomato or cheese and shredded carrots for an extra pop of color or to the customer's tastes if desired.
