This egg white, spinach and cheese sandwich on a croissant bun is a great base that can be customized multiple ways!

  1. Split warmed croissant bun in half; place cheese slice on bottom piece.
  2. Add egg patty and spinach, then top with remaining croissant bun piece; serve immediately.
