Sweet and Salty Fruit Granola Parfait

Inspired by a chewy granola bar, this yogurt parfait combines fruits and nuts for a blend of sweet and salty.

Servings: 10 servings (1 serving = 1 - 9 oz parfait)

Prep
  1. Combine granola, peanuts and cranberries in a mixing bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine white chips, almonds and dried cherries in a separate mixing bowl; set aside.
Assembly
  1. Deposit 1/4 cup (1 oz) granola mixture into bottom of each 12 oz parfait cup.
  2. Add 1/3 cup (3 oz) yogurt and 1/4 cup ( 1.5 oz) baking chip mixture.
  3. Pipe an additional 1/3 cup (3 oz) yogurt followed by 1/4 cup (1 oz) granola mixture.
  4. Cover with domed lid and serve cold.

  • Try different heat levels of spiced nut and seed varieties to suit your preference, or if desired create your own Honey Spiced Nuts (1 cup nuts, 1 Tbsp honey, 1/8 tsp chili powder; bake at 350°F for 5 minutes). Note nutrition information may change.
