Tropical mandarin oranges and delicate pears topped with yogurt get a crisp topping of nutty sunflower seeds and crunchy Nature Valley™ Granola Cereal.

Sunflower seeds, roasted, unsalted

Mandarin oranges, canned in juice, drained

Diced pears, canned in juice, drained
1 lb 12.00 oz

Low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 lb
  1. Combine granola and sunflower seeds; set aside.
  2. Combine mandarin oranges and pears; place 1/2 cup into each of 16 serving cups.
  3. Pipe 4 oz yogurt on top then divide granola/sunflower seed mixture between the cups.
  4. Cover with tight lid and serve cold.

  • Garnish with additional mandarin oranges and fresh strawberries.

  • Keep granola topping in a separate container so it remains crunchy and allows for advanced prep. Create parfait minis by reducing the amount of ingredients and using smaller serving containers as desired.
  • For crediting in USDA Child Nutrition Programs, 1 serving (1 parfait) = 1 oz equivalent Grain, 2 Meat Alternative* and 1/2 cup Fruit *Yogurt as a Meat Alternative can be served in place of a second grain at breakfast once a first grain has been served.
