Prep
  1. Thaw biscuit dough covered, either at room temp. 45-60 minutes until fully thawed or refrigerate overnight.
  2. Poke hole in center of each biscuit with finger and stretch dough to create a 1-inch hole.
Cayenne Honey Butter
  1. Add butter, honey and cayenne pepper to a small saucepan; warm on medium heat, stirring until combined.
  2. Keep warm for Finishing.
Assembly
  1. Drop dough, in batches, in fryer oil preheated to 350°F; cook approx. 2 minutes per side until cooked through.
  2. Remove from oil, drain, then toss in a mixing bowl with warm Cayenne Honey Butter; keep warm.
  3. Drop cooked chicken cutlet into fryer oil preheated to 350°F; cook approx. 2-3 minutes per side until heated through.
  4. Remove from oil, drain, then toss in a mixing bowl with warm Cayenne Honey Butter; keep warm.
Finishing
  1. Place warm biscuit donut on serving plate; top with 1 warm chicken piece.
  2. Add 1/4 cup baby arugula, 3 pickle slices and 1 Tbsp pickled red onions.
  3. Secure with sandwich pick if desired and serve immediately.

  • Serve with a side of ranch dressing, or drizzle over top if desired. Note nutritional information may change.
