Ham, bell pepper and cheese layer up in a flaky biscuit bowl baked in a muffin cup.

  1. Follow steps 1 through 3 of package directions for preparing Biscuit Mix.
  2. Place dough on generously floured pastry cloth or bench and divide dough in half.
  3. Roll dough out to 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 4-inch squares.
  4. Place into greased muffin tins (similar to placing pie dough into pie pan).
  5. Combine ham, bell peppers and cheese; add #24 scoop (approx. 1.5 oz) to muffin cup.
  6. Fold biscuit corners to center, and pinch one on top of each other in clockwise direction.
  7. Bake as directed below and serve warm.
