Green bell peppers, fresh, diced

1 cup
Red bell peppers, fresh, diced
6 oz
1 cup
Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 lb
4 cups
Follow steps 1 through 3 of package directions for preparing Biscuit Mix.
Place dough on generously floured pastry cloth or bench and divide dough in half.
Roll dough out to 1/8-inch thickness and cut into 4-inch squares.
Place into greased muffin tins (similar to placing pie dough into pie pan).
Combine ham, bell peppers and cheese; add #24 scoop (approx. 1.5 oz) to muffin cup.
Fold biscuit corners to center, and pinch one on top of each other in clockwise direction.
Bake as directed below and serve warm.
