Vanilla extract

Honey

Orange zest

1/2 cup
Dried cranberries, chopped

Orange juice

Water, cool approx. 72°F

Sanding sugar
1 1/3 Tbsp
Add eggs and oil to mixing bowl; mix using a wire whisk until combined.
Place egg mixture and remaining ingredients (except for sanding sugar) into bowl of mixer fitted with a paddle attachment.
Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes; scrape down bowl and paddle.
Mix on medium speed for an additional minute.
Deposit 1 lb 6 oz batter into each of 8 sprayed and parchment-lined 8-inch round pans.
Sprinkle 1/2 tsp sanding sugar over batter in each pan.
Bake as directed below; allow loaves to cool 10 minutes in pans before turning out to cool completely.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 10 minutes of baking.
Tip: To use bread for sandwiches, slice each round in half from side to side to create a top and bottom; add sandwich fillings and cut into quarters for serving.
