Smoothie
  1. Place frozen berries, ripe bananas, coconut milk, orange juice and chia seeds in large capacity blender (or prepare in batches); blend on high speed 1 minute.
  2. Stop blender, stir ingredients with spatula and continue to blend until smooth.
  3. Portion 5.7 oz into glass pint jar or parfait cup and seal with cover; chill or refrigerate overnight if desired.
Toppings
  1. Add 2 Tbsp granola, 4 banana slices and 1 1/2 tsp toasted coconut to container.
  2. Keep chilled and serve.

  • Tip: Smoothies may be frozen in individual servings if desired; serve as sorbet or allow to thaw 4-6 hours.
