Caramel Banana Parfaits

Layer parfaits with bananas, caramel topping and yogurt with Cinnamon Toast Crunchâ„¢ cereal on top.

Bananas, sliced

Caramel topping
1 lb
1 1/4 cups
  1. Place 1/4 cup (approx. 1.5 oz) fresh sliced banana in bottom of each 12 oz parfait cup. Add 1 Tbsp (0.5 oz) caramel topping to each parfait.
  2. Pipe 1/4 cup (2 oz) yogurt on top of caramel.
  3. Repeat layers (1/4 cup fresh sliced banana, 1 Tbsp caramel topping, 1/4 cup yogurt).
  4. Top with 3 Tbsp cereal, cover with domed lid and serve .

  • Tip: Parfaits can be assembled in advance. Just keep out cereal topping and add immediately before serving.
