Diced jalapeño peppers, canned, drained

Cheddar cheese, shredded

Combine water, muffin mix and chili powder in large mixing bowl. DO NOT OVERMIX.
Fold in jalapeño peppers and cheese.
Deposit #16 scoop of batter into greased or paper-lined muffin pans; bake as directed below.
