Sandwich jalapeños and cheese between corn muffin rounds.

Jalapeño peppers, fresh, sliced

  1. Place 1 puck (thawed) into each greased or paper-lined muffin cup.
  2. Place 2-3 slices of peppers and 1 Tbsp cheese evenly over top.
  3. Add 1 additional puck, 1 slice of pepper and another 1 Tbsp cheese.
  4. Bake as directed below; allow to cool slightly before serving.
