  1. Add water and corn muffin mix to mixing bowl; stir using wire whisk or rubber spatula until batter is smooth.
  2. Fold hot dogs and mustard into batter, mustard should be ribboned throughout the batter. DO NOT OVERMIX.
  3. Deposit #40 scoop of batter into paper-lined or generously greased mini muffin cups.
  4. Bake as directed below and serve warm.
